RESULTS

Reports Q3 (Sep) earnings of $1.45 per share, $0.80 better than the S&P Capital IQ Consensus of $0.65; revenues rose 69.6% year/year to $927.6 mln vs the $692.56 mln S&P Capital IQ Consensus.

Co issues guidance for Q4, sees EPS of $1.00-1.50 vs. $1.07 S&P Capital IQ Consensus; sees Q4 revs of $540-790 mln vs. $861.29 mln S&P Capital IQ Consensus.

The Company previously withdrew its full-year 2020 guidance on May 7, 2020 given the significant uncertainties regarding the severity and duration of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the Company's operations and financial results, as well as on energy and capital markets. As of the date of this release, the Company and its financial results have not been materially impacted by COVID-19. The Company today is reinstating financial guidance for the fourth quarter 2020 and providing implied full-year 2020 guidance based on its financial results through the third quarter 2020 and reinstated guidance for the fourth quarter 2020.
