Microsoft is scheduled to report Q4 results tonight with a call to follow at 5:30 p.m. ET.

The Capital IQ consensus estimate for Q4 non-GAAP EPS is $1.38 and for revenue it's $36.55 bln.

• Guidance for Q4 revs stands at $35.85-36.80 bln including:

  • Productivity and Business Processes: $11.65-11.95 bln.

  • Intelligent Cloud: $12.90-13.15 bln.

  • More Personal Computing: $11.3-11.7 bln.

TECHS:

Last quarter, MSFT extended its streak of double digit EPS beats to five consecutive quarters. What's more, sales weren't stymied by the coronavirus (of yet), so be on the look out for more commentary on this tonight.

MSFT has nearly $1.6 trillion market capitalization, trading at roughly 35x forward EPS estimates vs AMZN's lofty 133.6x and IBM's 10.8x multiples.
