AMD is set to report Q1 results tonight with a conference call scheduled for 5 p.m. ET.

The S&P Capital IQ consensus is for EPS to grow +144% yr/yr to $0.44 while revenue is expected to grow +79.2% yr/yr to $3.20 bln.

Current CapIQ estimate for Q2 stands at $0.46 and +70% yr/yr to $3.28 bln.

On Apr. 6 AMD announced certain FY24 guidance at its Investor Day.

Targets:

• EPS of $8.50 (+28% over FY 23 EPS estimate)

• Revs of $26.7 bln (+10% over FY 23 revs estimate); Gross Margin 48.5%.

New Products:

• On Mar. 3 AMD announced Radeon RX 6700 XT graphics card.

• On Mar. 15 the company introduced new AMD EPYC 7003 Series CPUs.
